The epicentre of Simbithi’s state-of-the-art security system is its 24-hour central Control Room. Our external Security service provider, Fidelity Security Services, partners with Simbithi to provide a safe, secure environment for our residents and guests.
Simbithi Eco-Estate is zoned for approximately 1600 freehold residential opportunities, 756 of which are freehold sites. The balance comprises 15 sectional title developments: Ilala, Lalapanzi, Emoyeni, Ilanga, Sabuti, Tamboti, Savanna, Ezulweni, Ethafeni, Inkwazi, Fish Eagle Ridge, Msintsi, Amphitheatre and Jacana, which is in the final stages of development.
