Smoked Salmon Mousse


115 g smoked salmon                                                              

30 ml Cream

224 g cream cheese, softened                                                 

Juice of ½ a Lemon

Small pinch of Dill to taste                                                        

Salt and pepper to taste

30 g salmon roe to garnish



Place smoked salmon in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Mix in the cream, cream cheese, juice of half of a lemon, pinch of Dill (fresh or dried), salt and pepper. Blend to desired consistency. Transfer to a medium serving dish, and garnish with salmon roe.

Keep Refrigerated until needed.

Serve with crusty Bread, Bruschetta and even as a dip with bread sticks
