We're excited to present the August Gymnasium schedule to our members: it's just the right time to get your body feeling great, as we come out of the colder Winter months.
This month, we kick off Bootcamp with Personal Trainer, Tyler Williams, who joined us a few weeks ago. Tyler, a former South African gymnast, studied Sport Science at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She is a also a qualified sports nutritionist.
The Bootcamp is a fun way to lose weight, get toned and get fit: there are indoor, and outdoor options.
INDOOR (Simbithi Gymnasium): Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - 6.45 - 7.30 and 18.30 - 19.00 / Saturday 7.15 - 8.00
OUTDOOR (Guinea Fowl Sports Field): Tuesday & Friday - 6.00 - 6.45 and 8.00 - 8.45
Bootcamp kicks off on Monday, August 5 and cost R70 per class: your first session is free! To book your spot, contact Tyler on 061 797 3476 / email@example.com.
A reminder, also, to all members that only one-on-one personal training sessions are allowed in the Simbithi Gymnasium, provided both PT and trainee are residents of the Estate. Group classes may only take place if the PT/Instructor has registered with the Simbithi Country Club and paid the relevant fee.
