It may be Winter, but the schedule over at our Gymnasium is certainly heating up.
From 1 July, we welcome a new personal trainer, Tyler Williams. Tyler is a skilled PT and qualified sports nutritionist with a BSc in Health Science and Sport Science, HFPA in Personal Training and Nutrition and a qualification in Medical Stabilisation and Support Strapping and Injury Prevention. A South African gymnast, Tyler found her passion for fitness in gymnastics. She has been mentored by Bradley Osborn of Sci-Fit.

We are excited to also offer Spinning classes on Mondays, between 5.15pm and 6pm with Cornel van Loggerenberg: maximum of seven people, first-come; first-served.
